Oh man!! I’ve just been screwed by a customer. Not totally my fault though! It was agreed that they will raise the $70 credit adjustment for the customer in early October. But they only did it a week ago. Now the customer is fuming mad because she said that I didn’t honour my word. Bloody hell! Don’t you think that it’s unfair for me? The information passed down to me was not correct and the fact that they raised the adjustment too late makes me mad also. Bottom line, customer didn’t care if the finance screwed up. She blamed everything on me. ME AND ONLY ME!!!!! I hate this kind of customer. Ultimately, she’ll still get her $70 what!! What more does she want? Sigh!! I’m beginning to hate this job!
Seriously, I have no mood to work today. Usually, I will not talk to my colleagues in the morning and I'll keep to myself and do my work quietly for about 1-2 hours max.
