The wait

I waited for slightly more than 1 ½ hours last Saturday. I walked and walked till my feet hurts. I was really intending to pull a long face when he comes. At that time, I thought I wanted to show that side of me. Oh well, I didn’t blame him though. He has valid reasons. But the funny thing is, upon seeing him, my frustrations just went away. That’s the beauty of love, I guess!! Hmm. Come to think of it, I was more frustrated coz I walked too much and developed blisters on my foot. I should’ve just looked for a café nearby and wait, but I didn’t. So, now I blame the blisters for everything.

Anyway, I had a great time with darling and some of my family members today. Although, only 4 of my mom’s brothers and sisters came, it was really fun. I gave credit to my mom and dad who made it all happen. Having an ‘open house’ really takes a lot of work. I shall stop for now coz I desperately need my much deserved good night’s sleep.
